Customer Collection Information (During COVID-19)

  •  On arrival enter our carpark at the first opening next to unit 26 and park in the coned off area
  •  Once parked, stay in your car and ring Graham Tyson reception, 01275 870840, to let us know you are here
  •  Reception will then walkie talkie the warehouse to advise of your arrival on site.
  •  Someone from the warehouse will bring the goods out to you on a pallet and then return to the warehouse – two copies of the delivery note will be left with the goods.
  •  Please load your vehicle, sign the white despatch note and leave it tucked inside the pallet. Take the Purple copy for your reference.


Unless otherwise selected, all products are dispatched on a standard next day* carrier to arrive on a work day between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.

*Orders received after 1pm will be processed the next day.

*Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays

*Next Day delivery is NOT guaranteed, expected eta 1-2 business days after dispatch* - BULK orders, i.e pallet quantities, MAY incur a longer delivery time, or a surcharge for 1-2 day delivery - Customers will be contacted before the order is processed

Your orders will be processed and packed as normal and will be despatched as soon as possible, however no 'Next Day' requests will be accepted after 1pm Wednesday 8th April 2020 (until Tuesday 14th April).

Last orders for guaranteed 2020 Christmas delivery is 1pm Monday 21st December.  Orders will continue to be processed and despatched up to 1pm Wednesday 23rd December, but are NOT guaranteed to arrive for Christmas.

After this, the next despatch will be MONDAY 4TH JANUARY 2021


Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty.

Simply notify GT Online within 14 days of receiving your goods.  Then return the goods, at your cost, in unused condition, complete in the original packing, within 14 days of cancellation.

We will refund your original purchase amount less carriage within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Return requests received after this period will be considered on an individual basis.  Such returns shall be subject to a restocking charge equal to 20% of the price paid for them by the Customer, as stated in Terms & Conditions
